Mailing for 2nd September 2022
If your child does not eat certain foods due to religion reasons or personal preference, please ensure they know what lunch option they are choosing every day before they come in to book it on the whiteboard. There have been a few occasions when children have inadvertently selected the wrong meal choice. Children with allergies are identified by wearing a different coloured wrist band and have their meals cooked according to their special menu. There is more information below about registering an allergy.
Please remember that we are a nut and shellfish free school due to allergies. Please do not include anything into your child’s lunchbox that contains these ingredients included chocolate spread/peanut butter. Many thanks for your understanding.
Have a lovely weekend.

General News and Information:
HC3S have a parent portal where they can register children needing special allergy school dinner menus directly. This will give parents more control and direct contact with the catering team. You will then need to make an application online for your child to have a special menu and the school will be notified automatically. If you need to apply for a special menu, please see the information by clicking on: https://specialdiets.hants.gov.uk/
If your child has a change or existing or new medical condition, please inform us by completing the form which is now available on our website: New or Change to Existing Medical Condition Form
We continue to put our children, their parents and our staff at the centre of any decision making to ensure that we keep everyone as safe as we can at this continued tricky time. If you have any feedback as to how this week has been, please let us know via email@example.com
