Year 2 attended the Open box theatre workshop this week. The children had an amazing time learning all about the Great Fire of London and making bread, hopefully they let you have a taste of their bread.
Today we had a visit from Maria Miller our local MP. She spent some time chatting with Mrs Boorman and Mrs Padfield before looking around the school and chatting with some of the children. She then met with the School Councillors to discuss local Basingstoke community issues. The School Councillors raised mainly issues around litter.
Next week there is a change to the lunches.

HC3S have a parent portal where they can register children needing special allergy school dinner menus directly. This will give parents more control and direct contact with the catering team. You will then need to make an application online for your child to have a special menu and the school will be notified automatically. If you need to apply for a special menu, please see the information by clicking on: https://specialdiets.hants.gov.uk/
If your child has a change or existing or new medical condition, please inform us by completing the form which is now available on our website: New or Change to Existing Medical Condition Form
