Magna Extended Schools provides Ofsted registered before and after school care settings across London, Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey. Their extended schools provisions offer working families flexible and affordable childcare solutions. They provide peace of mind that children are in a safe and fun environment, participating in Magna’s wide range of specialist activities. The wrap-around care provision will be available term time Monday to Friday and operates out of the Magna’s designated room, while having access to the indoor and outdoor facilities within the school grounds.

Sessions:

Breakfast Club               7.40am – 8.45am

After School                  3.15pm – 6.00pm

Magna Extended Schools accept childcare vouchers, tax free childcare, and student grant.

7.40am – 8.00am Registration & morning ‘Move & Groove’
8.00am – 8.30am Breakfast
8.30am – 8.40am Kick start
8.45am    Dismissal from breakfast club/school starts

Sample ‘After School Club’: 3.15pm-6.00pm

3.15pm – 3.30pm Collection of children & registration
3.30pm – 3:40pm Drink and fruit snack
3.40pm – 4.00pm Group activity 1
4.00pm – 4.30pm Group activity 2
4.30pm – 5.00pm Refuel – healthy snack
5.00pm – 6.00pm Group activity 3 & collection / sign out

Registering your Child and Booking

1. Registration
Register online by creating a log in and registering your child(ren). Submission of the online registration form secures your child’s place at after-school care for the term and you are confirming that this care is required. Payment for selected days are payable half-term in advance. Register online at Magna Online Booking (https://www.magnagroups.com)

2. Bookings and Fees
Book and pay online for each half term by selecting days and service required. We offer a sibling discount which will be applied at the time of booking.
