Tours for YR admissions September 2027

Tours start next week. Mrs Padfield and I are looking forward to meeting lots of new families. If you know of anyone looking for a place, please ask them to check our website or call our lovely office ladies directly.

Census

Thank you for your support yesterday with our census day, we had a huge uptake of school lunches. I think the fact that pizza and fish fingers were on offer was an influential factor.

School Menu

Due to an error with dates on the lunch menu this week was missed off. We will be on Week 1 again next week so the dates follow on the menu.

Communication

We have been receiving a large amount of emails in to our ParentMail account. We try to answer these as promptly as we can but understandably there are delays with lots going on in school. A lot of the queries can be answered by looking at the mailing on our school website. Thank you for your understanding.

Arbor

Please check that your child has three contacts for us to call in an emergency. There have been some occasions when we have not been able to contact either parent and a child has had to wait a long time to be collected when they are unwell.  This is not fair on the children.

Please also check that the additional adults that collect your child on occasions are listed on your app.

Parent Governor vacancies

We had one applicant for the role and are pleased to welcome Sophie West back to the Governing Body. I will re-advertise the additional vacancy in the new year.
